I would definitely book this place again. It was clean and quiet with a cozy double bed and efficient heating. Being close to several bus and metro lines made getting around easy.

It was extremely hot and we had to buy fans. I tried to contact the owners and never heard back. The loft was super tiny and we had our kids stay up there instead of adults. The pictures were deceiving. We stayed out of the condo as much as possible because it was so uncomfortable which is unfortunate because we planned on doing more laundry and enjoying the kitchen there.

Sleeping loft was so low that (for a 70-year-old man) it was virtually inaccessible. La mezzanine était moins d’un mètre de hauteur et fallait ramper pour aller jusqu’au lit et nous ne pouvions même pas s’asseoir sur le lit.Alors nous avons couché sur le canapé lit qui était plus ou moins confortable . La fenêtre du haut de la porte d’entrée s’est ouverte par un coup de vent et elle ne se refermait plus alors on a dû mettre un carton pour qu’elle ferme et après avoir rejoint la personne responsable guestcheck elle m’a dit qu’il viendrait la réparer le lendemain mais personne n’est venue.

The location is excellent and super cool, just a bit north of Marais, providing a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently close to all places, There are fantastic coffee shops in the vicinity, Despite being a ground floor apartment, it maintains a high level of security, situated in a small courtyard behind a locked gate, The flat was in pristine condition and extremely clean,

The apartment is brand new and in perfect condition, along with all its furniture, utensils, etc. The communication was outstanding with instructions always clear and constant. Sometimes we worry about choosing accommodations that are quite new and do not have many reviews, but in this case there was no problem. The apartment is managed by a company and they maintain excellent communication and follow-up. There is a loft with a bed, the ceiling is quite low, but if you find it uncomfortable or feel that there is not enough space, there is a sofa bed on the ground floor that is new and very comfortable with its own bedding set. I would definitely recommend them and come back, thank you.

Our stay at this accommodation was quite enjoyable, with its excellent connection to a multitude of metro lines, The host was attentive and all the facilities were brand new, A minor drawback was the low ceiling in the bedroom which could make it feel slightly claustrophobic and the inability to sit up in bed was somewhat tiresome as it required crawling into the room each night, However, everything else was definitely top-notch and we would certainly consider rebooking if we find ourselves in Paris again!

The unit looks the same as in the photo, however, it does not have windows that can be opened and, since it does not have air conditioning, it is necessary to leave the door open for air circulation. The ceiling in the area where the bed is located is quite low. Apart from that, everything is fine and the location is favorable.
