THE ACCOMMODATION
Upon arrival, access the apartment via a path at the rear of the residence. You will be welcomed by a furnished terrace with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying time outdoors.
On the ground floor:
- The living room, bathed in natural light The bright, airy apartment includes a comfortable single sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a dining area.
- The fully equipped open-plan kitchen (cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.) allows you to prepare meals just like at home.
At Upstairs:
- The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a Smart TV, a desk area, and a wardrobe for your belongings.
- You will also find a modern shower room and a separate toilet for optimal comfort.
The entire apartment benefits from reversible air conditioning, guaranteeing an ideal temperature in all seasons, as well as quality furnishings, making it a pleasant place to live.

Shared parking within the residence, with additional parking available at the entrance to the driveway, provided it does not obstruct traffic.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only accepted via key box.
All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
