THE ACCOMMODATION
Upon entering, you'll find a bright living area with a lounge, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and access to the veranda.
This indoor dining area seamlessly extends the living space outdoors, opening onto the garden and pool.
The east-facing garden, with its sea view, is accessible from the living room and features garden furniture, a table, and high chairs.
On the At night, the hallway leads to three bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, TV, and direct access to the garden.
- A second identical bedroom, this one with an en-suite bathroom including a shower and double vanity.
- A third bedroom, at the rear of the apartment, also with a queen-size bed and wardrobe.
- An additional shower room.
- A separate toilet.

From Nice Airport: approximately 35 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Late check-in is available until Late check-in at 10 PM is available upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, arrivals are only accepted via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
