THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, in the heart of the Palm Beach district.
The entrance opens onto a living room with a dining area, sofa bed (140x190 cm), smart TV, and direct access to the west-facing terrace.
The terrace offers an outdoor dining area. The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a glass partition opening onto the living room and French doors leading to the terrace.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace.
A shower room and separate toilet complete the space.
The decor is understated and elegant, with well-designed spaces for everyday comfort.
PROPERTY ACCESS
From Nice Airport: approximately 35 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.
Transfers are available upon request through our concierge service.
SURVIVAL AREA
Located at the eastern edge of Cannes, the apartment benefits from a quiet residential setting in the immediate vicinity of the sea and shops.
- Mouré Rouge Beach: a 4-minute walk. A family-friendly sandy beach with restaurants, ideal for swimming or dining by the water.
- Gazagnaire Beach: 6-minute walk. A long beach, perfect for sunny days.
- Place de l'Étang: 9-minute walk. The heart of the neighborhood with a mini-market, bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, and restaurants.
- Boulevard de la Croisette: 5-minute walk. This promenade, lined with luxury hotels, boutiques, and private beaches, connects Palm Beach to the city center.
- Port du Mouré Rouge: 5-minute walk. For a stroll or a boat trip.
- Rue d'Antibes: 8-minute drive or 25-minute walk. One of Cannes' main shopping streets.
- Palais des Festivals: 11 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot along the seafront
- Forville Market: 13 minutes by car, for local produce, flowers, and Provençal specialties
- Lérins Islands: boarding possible at the Laubeuf dock (15 minutes by car) for an excursion to the islands of Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat

Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only available via the key box.
All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin. Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
