THE APARTMENT
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a large entrance hall with a closet. It leads directly to the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two sofas, a smart TV, and a comfortable dining area.
The living room opens onto a terrace with a magnificent sea view.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.) is ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the convivial atmosphere of the living space.
The sleeping area comprises:
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), en-suite shower room and WC, as well as access to the rear terrace.
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), also en-suite with shower room and washbasin, and access to… The rear terrace
A separate toilet in the hallway adds to the apartment's comfort.
All rooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort in all seasons.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: approximately 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.

Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only possible via the key box.
All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and the keys will be available there. Collection at this address for all key box arrivals.
