THE APARTMENT
The stunning living room welcomes you with large bay windows opening onto the terrace.
It is divided into three areas:
- A comfortable living room with a smart TV
- A dining area for 4 people
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven and dishwasher included)
The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm), a large built-in wardrobe, an en-suite shower room, and, most importantly, direct access to the terrace for sunny breakfasts.
The second bedroom is identical to the first, except that the shower room is located outside the bedroom.
Finally, you will love its famous 38 m² terrace for dinners and other shared moments.

Access to the property is a 13-minute walk from the train station, or 10 minutes by bus.

30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

Free street parking is available, with a shared parking area within the residence.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc.).
Everyday essentials are provided upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.).
A concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in is at Check-in is from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
Check-in is available in person until 7 PM.
Late check-in until 10 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only possible via the key box.
All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected there. This address is for all arrivals via key box.
