- Two bedrooms, each on opposite sides of the apartment, with a private shower room, smart TV, dressing room, and queen-size bed.
- A garden of approximately 60m² with a table Dining area and garden furniture (please note, the street is relatively quiet, but the garden still faces the street, even though it's screened by privacy screens; you'll still hear cars during the day. The street, however, is very quiet at night).

Free street parking is available right outside the apartment, and a paid parking lot is an 8-minute walk away.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only permitted via the key box.
All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all arrivals using the key box.
