THE APARTMENT
The spacious and very bright main room is divided into two areas:
- A comfortable living room with a smart TV opening directly onto the terrace.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven and washing machine included), also with access to the terrace.
At Please note that the apartment has been completely renovated and features quality furnishings and tasteful decor.
The sun-drenched terrace is furnished and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor living area. You will appreciate its sea view and the electric awning that provides shade.
The three bedrooms are equipped with ample storage (built-in wardrobes and closets) and smart TVs. All three offer quality bedding with two queen-size beds (160cm) and one king-size bed (180cm).
For optimal privacy, all three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
A separate toilet completes the space.
In short, this apartment offers maximum comfort and privacy, making it ideal for business trips or holidays under the Cannes sun.
SURVIVAL
Located on a commercial street in the Basse Californie district, the apartment provides quick access to amenities and small restaurants (La Piastra restaurant, behind the building, is a good choice).

- Enjoy the beaches of Mouré Rouge, less than a 10-minute walk away
- Reach the city center in 5 minutes by car
- Access the Palais des Festivals in just 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is available for a fee on the surrounding streets.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc.)
Everyday essentials are provided upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.)
Concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in is until Check-in is from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
In-person check-in is available until 7 PM.
Late check-in until 10 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only possible via the key box.
All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected there. This address is for all arrivals via key box.
