THE ACCOMMODATION

Upon entering, you'll find a bright living area. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (140x180 cm) and a smart TV, as well as a small side table that can be used as a dining area.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy inside or on the terrace.

The bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a television. It also offers direct access to the terrace, where you can admire the breathtaking view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the residence's grounds.

The shower room includes a washbasin, a walk-in shower, and a toilet.

In the Residence:

Access via the seaside road is secured with a gate, a security guard, and a reception area.

In the grounds, you will find all the necessary amenities for a successful holiday: a large swimming pool, tennis courts, ping-pong tables, a pétanque court, and direct access to the small beach from the residence in a 5-minute walk.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

From Nice Airport: approximately 25 minutes by car via the A8 motorway, Antibes exit, then follow signs for Golfe-Juan on the N7 national road. Please note that there is an identical address located in the hills above the town; use your GPS to ensure that the address is indeed by the sea.

From Golfe-Juan train station: 3 minutes by car via the N7 national road.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car.

By bus (No. 200): stop directly in front of the residence (at the foot of the park). Allow 5 minutes to walk uphill from the entrance gate to your building.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only available via the key box.

All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin. Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
