This 33 m² two-room apartment in Saint-Gervais, located within a residence of three chalets (totaling 41 apartments), accommodates up to four guests. It features a pull-out sofa bed for two and two single beds. Pets are allowed for an extra fee of €5 per day or €25 per week. A €260 deposit is required. The residence offers a heated indoor swimming pool (open seasonally: winter 2024/2025 and summer 2025).
Located in a quiet area, this holiday home is built on a hillside. A shuttle stop (140m below the residence) provides a 15-minute ride to the Saint-Gervais cable cars.

This 2nd-floor apartment offers a north exposure and a balcony. It includes a living room with a dining area and television, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate WC. A garage, ski lockers, a baby bed, and a chair are also provided. Pillows, duvets, and dishes are included, but household products are not. Optional services (with supplement, subject to reservation and availability) include Wi-Fi box rental, household linen rental (sheets and towels), childcare equipment rental (high chair and travel cot), raclette and fondue machine rental, and daily or end-of-stay cleaning.
