The completely renovated apartments and studios are located in the completely and thoroughly renovated De Graaf van Egmont residence, which will open its doors again in the summer of 2021. For people who know it from a previous stay: you will not recognize it. What hasn't changed: the fantastic location on the boulevard, directly behind the dunes and therefore almost directly on the beach.
This studio for two persons is located on one of the five floors (accessible by lift). It offers a nice living room with a smart TV, two single box-spring beds pushed together to make a double bed and an open-plan kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace and some apartments on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor have a balcony or French balcony. The studios don't have sea view and the garden furniture is not standard in all studios. The balcony and the garden furniture can be booked with preference. A studio with garden furniture can be booked based on preference and subject to availability. There is parking for one car in the central car park.

Perfect location 100 meters from the beach. Own parking garage. Room with kitchen and fridge.
Apartment really nicely arranged. Everything you need is there, even in the kitchen. Once you've been there, you'll want to come back. Location is great. I had room with balcony on the thin really nice. Who surprised me positively.
The apartment is located directly on the North Sea. It is modern, clean and functional.
The accommodation was clean, well cared for and recently renovated. I experienced the stay as very pleasant. A few points of improvement regarding the arrival. The information about parking was not there, there appeared to be a parking garage under the complex. It seems useful to me to mention this in the information. The address of arrival was not clear, you should not go to Nollenweg 1 but directly to the apartment complex.
Super accommodation in a fantastic location!
A disappointment. Complex is in an excellent location. But apartment directly behind reception with necessary nuisance, hardly any daylight, no view, no view, not a suitable place to sit outside. Belvilla unworthy - probably got the worst apartment of De Roompot. Access broken, so do it together with one key instead of the promised access code. Very impractical.
