Looking for a comfortable base for up to four? This 37 m² flat is tucked away just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Wörthersee in sunny southern Austria, and combines comfort with practical living. It sits at ground level, is non-smoking, and has free Wi-Fi and parking close by.
The living and sleeping area has a spacious double bed with a boxspring, single duvets and pillows, and a seating area with a comfortable sofa bed for two and a TV, ideal for families or friends sharing. The ensuite bathroom has a sink, a shower cabin and a toilet, and an electric heater keeps things warm when the weather turns cooler.
The fully equipped kitchenette has an induction stove, a fridge with freezer, a coffee machine and an electric kettle, so you can prepare delicious meals during your stay. Outside, the private terrace, garden and garden furniture are perfect for unwinding or spending quality time outdoors.
The surroundings of turquoise water, rolling hills and the Alpine-Adriatic region invite you to explore Velden and Klagenfurt, take a trip to Italy or Slovenia, or follow the many hiking and cycling routes around the lake. In summer you can go swimming, stand-up paddleboarding or boating, while winter brings nearby ski resorts, winter hiking trails and Christmas markets. A wonderful choice for a holiday in Carinthia in any season.
