Superb villa with private pool
Description
An exquisite villa, with a unique location and a very private character. This villa, built in the 70s, was one of the first houses built on this beautiful hill near the famous town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. And as the saying goes: first come, first served. From there, the view is magnificent. Around the villa is a large garden with lawn and a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and beautiful large fir trees. The private swimming pool, with Roman steps and an outdoor shower, is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and flowers. The sun loungers and garden furniture are on the terrace around the pool.
From the garden, you have a breathtaking view of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Mediterranean in the background. In the meantime, other villas have been built on the hill (including that of the car racing fanatic Schumacher and the homes of other celebrities) and it is still always good to live there in a quiet and green environment.
You cannot miss a visit to the famous town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Maeght Foundation (both 2 km away). And what do you think of Vence (6 km) and the perfume city of Grasse (19 km)? Cannes, Antibes and Nice are about half an hour's drive away. The beaches are about 12 km away.

This is a marvellous house in all aspects! 4 large bedrooms and 4 separate bathrooms - so no queuing up here. Good kitchen facilities, Lots of chairs and tables - so dining can be outdoor or indoor. The pool is large and also good for small children, as they can walk down small stairs in the pool at the east end of it. Location of pool is perfect. Good sunbeds and parasols. Location and vue to the sea is an extra plus. The hospitality of the owners we will remember for years: We have never had experiences like this - never! This is the best renting experience we have ever had!
Great house and a great host

Reception by owners themselves. Good explanation, very amiable and hospitable. Experiencing what it is like to live "like God in France"! The house feels like a warm home where you do not want to leave! A dispute arose whether you wanted to be a tourist or rather spend your time around this "paradise"! St. Paul is a half hour walk, but the 18% hill does not really invite you to go back on foot. You really lack nothing!
Particularly beautiful elocution with fine house
The villa is just fantastic. A large, deep pool (over 2m deep) surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants; a beautiful garden with several fruit trees, a grill and sitting areas; inside a nice kitchen with two large fridges, a large gas stove and lots of nice dishes and cutlery; four beautiful bedrooms with bath and toilet, two of them have sea views from the balcony; a living room with two large sofas and a large dining table; Everywhere tastefully selected pictures, books and art books give the rooms additional charm. But all of this would only be a house if it weren't for the great, lovable hosts. The arrival was extremely friendly, almost like visiting friends. There were fresh flowers in all rooms and drinks and some groceries were provided for us in the fridge. Even during the stay, the hosts were quickly and easily available. The hospitality in this villa has been unsurpassed for us so far. We will come back in any case.
