Although the building is quite old and lacking in maintenance, the flat has been completely refurbished and is visually pleasing, as described, Its location is convenient with metro stations close by, We were informed only a week prior that the building was undergoing renovations, with scaffolding on the facade, This caused some dirt at the entrance, One of the beds broke on the very first day and despite messaging, we received no response, I endorse this apartment, but believe that more transparency is required when providing information to guests, like about the renovations, for instance,
The residence was calm, The apartment is just like in the photo, It's well-equipped and tidy, The sole downside is that the building is undergoing renovations and the staircase leading to the apartment is quite narrow,

The apartment is perfectly situated in the 6ème, directly opposite the Bon Marché and very near to a Metro station, making commuting from the apartment easier, The apartment boasts a pleasant street view and the living room and kitchen areas are rather spacious, The master bedroom is of a decent size, however the second bedroom is quite slim and is only really appropriate for a single person, even though the bed can be extended to fit another, We had a fantastic stay overall, despite a few minor issues, we were very happy with the apartment,
