The apartment lived up to the description on the listing, It appears to have been recently updated, so everything is fresh and clean, All necessary facilities were available and the air conditioning was a much-needed bonus in the humid Parisian summer, There are plenty of shops and cafes in the vicinity, The metro station is just down the road, making transportation easy, Non-Europeans might want to bear in mind that the apartment is on the 4-5th floor and is accessed via a narrow, winding staircase, There's a small elevator, but it can only accommodate 1-2 people at a time and may be a squeeze if you have large suitcases, The whole building seems to be undergoing renovation, with holes in the hallway walls, visible bricks, and dust in the corridors, Despite this, it was still a spacious and enjoyable stay and I would recommend it if you're looking to stay in the 6th Arr,

The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern, situated right opposite the Bon Marche and close to several Metro lines, It appears that the whole building, or at least a considerable part of it, comprises short-term rentals like this one, The instructions for access were a bit vague, and the stairs were uneven and narrow, but it wasn't a significant issue, There's a small elevator/lift that starts half a floor up and stops half a floor between each level, It's handy for moving luggage upstairs, although the door jammed a couple of times, making the elevator unworkable, (This note is for those who struggle with stairs or have heavy luggage,) The washer and dryer were excellent, but if you're not used to this type of dryer model: There's a water tank beneath the lint trap on the left: You might need to remove it (it lies horizontally) and empty the water that collects, If you don't, the dryer will turn itself off after roughly 2 minutes of drying, Management responded promptly to all my messages!
