The placement was ideal, nearby shops and eateries, The subway was a short walk away, The bus stop was directly ahead,
The apartment's location was spectacular, It was impeccably clean, There were a few minor issues that need attention, but overall, I would highly recommend booking this place if you're looking for a neat, conveniently located stay in Paris, I also left a pair of fans as a gift for the future summer visitors :)
Spent a week in this apartment, The main advantage of this place is its location - it's situated in an excellent spot in the 6th with quick access to a fantastic grocery store and Bon Marche, Two metro lines are conveniently close for city navigation, The unit was notably clean and the bed was cozy, However, the elevator, one of the main reasons for choosing this apartment, broke down during my stay, Additionally, building renovations were underway, resulting in hallways cluttered with dust, paint, and equipment, The construction noise started early each morning, I anticipate these issues will be resolved for future visitors and I'd still suggest this place for a stay,

The recently refurbished 60 m2 apartment is very well arranged, It's incredibly clean and there's excellent ventilation when the front and back windows are opened, It's ideally situated with Le Grand Epicere just across the road, and multiple Bistros, Bakeries, and Patisseries in the vicinity, Bus and Metro stations are also conveniently nearby,
