The kitchen with dining area is complemented by a roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea and the greenery.
Many hikes and bike trips are possible from here. Whether just a few minutes to the beach or an extended trip to Warnemünde - everyone gets their money's worth here.

The apartment corresponds to the description. Everything is clean and well-kept. Requests (spontaneously an additional guest for three nights) were dealt with helpfully. We also received tips on parking and restaurants. There was storage for our bicycles on the property. Very satisfactory.
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The spacious layout was perfect for our family of five, The kids loved the nearby Kagsdorf Beach, which was just a short drive away, The balcony view of the Baltic Sea was a lovely bonus for our morning coffee
Absolutely loved our stay! The garden was perfect for the kids and the living room was so comfy, Only thing was the beds could be a bit softer, But still great value for money!
Great location, quiet, but you can quickly reach the beach or Kühlungsborn by car/bike, The apartment is spacious and modernly furnished, a bit noisy, Blackout blinds and insect protection are available, Great balcony with a beautiful view, Dog was also allowed
Bel endroit, quartier calme, Cuisine bien équipée, ce qui a facilité la cuisine, Le WiFi était un peu lent, mais globalement bonne expérience
