Newly furnished and newly renovated in January 2023, this cozy and tastefully furnished studio welcomes you in an apartment complex in a quiet location on the outskirts of Winterberg, in the middle of the hiking and skiing area. Your holiday home is on the ground floor and has a covered balcony. The apartment welcomes the guests with a modern and new facility. In the basement of the apartment house there is a communal swimming pool (free of charge) and a shared sauna for a fee. The key is in the apartment. Winterberg is a small town in the Rothaargebirge in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia and belongs to the Hochsauerlandkreis district. Winterberg is internationally known as the venue for world cup races in bobsleigh and luge and as a winter sports resort. But summer also has a lot to offer around Winterberg, e.g. the golf course and many great hiking opportunities.

activities nearby: whether hiking, Nordic walking, speed hiking, climbing, mountain biking or cycling , golf or tennis, inline skating or squash. You will have trouble getting bored. Whether in summer or winter. Winterberg is not only the center of the bike arena, but also the Olympic base for Nordic combined athletes, the BOB elite, for tobogganists and skeleton professionals. There is also the craziest bike park far and wide, a summer toboggan run, a beautifully situated bathing lake, swimming pools, easy to challenging hiking routes for beginners and experienced hikers and much, much more. Because, regardless of whether you come to the land of a thousand mountains for hiking, walking, biking, skiing and cross-country skiing or just to relax. Winterberg has a lot to offer ski enthusiasts: right in the town center and in almost all of its villages.

Nice stay, sofa bed was fine for a sofa bed. Clean and tidy. Friendly owner. Downside is the extremely extremely poor WiFi. Not this time anymore!
Schoon, comfortabel en goed gelegen, Geen klachten! Het studio had alle essentials en de Wi-Fi was betrouwbaar, Perfect voor onze gezinsreis!
We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was cozy and conveniently located for both hiking and skiing, The key being in the apartment made arrival easy, and we appreciated the free parking
