Description
This single-storey villa has a large terrace and lawn all around, the various seating areas offer you sun all day, and on a lazy day you can enjoy the sun loungers. Enjoy a meal together in the lounge set on the terrace with a nice piece of grilled meat or vegetables on the electric BBQ, enjoy a drink in the evening sun or cool down under the large floating parasol.
A large glass sliding door to the terrace provides a veranda sunshade above the lounge set that is also waterproof so with a light summer shower you can just sit outside.
On hot summer days, you can descend from the jetty into the cool water using the pool stairs. A 3-person canoe suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children is also available for use, as are 3 life jackets for children up to 8 years old and as is the high chair for child's convenience.
The warm decoration combines elegance with modern comfort and the pleasant villa has all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The luxurious fully equipped kitchen with cooking island induction hob with internal extractor hood boiling water faucet fridge-freezer combi oven offers you the opportunity to prepare a fantastic meal, a coffee cup machine, blender, orange juicer, airfryer and hand blender complete the package. This villa features a smart TV and large portable speaker. Three spacious bedrooms each offer box spring with separate mattresses 2 bathrooms with toilet and luxury washbasin cabinet.
The solar panels and heat pump ensure a pleasant climate by means of underfloor heating. If you come with the dog, you can walk the many beaches and forests nearby. The garden is fenced off from the water so the dog can run free.
The entire park is a fireworks-free zone and there is a silence period from 22.00 - 8.00.
From summer 2024, part of the garden will be fenced and separated from the water for small children.

Lovely family home, we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the luxurious well-equipped kitchen and the nice beds and beautiful bathrooms. Large sunny terrace all around but now not the season unfortunately. We felt at home here and will definitely be back in the spring. Lots to do in the area, cycling and walking, culinary city of Harderwijk, Aviodrome, the Veluwe and dolphinarium for the children, playground, pancake farm Hans en Grietje, also an accessible golf course with restaurant next to the park, but we have not visited it.
Clean house, necessary cleaning supplies were present and made check out a breeze!
The villa stands on a beautifully landscaped park, with a spacious garden. Spacious rooms with beautiful living kitchen. There is plenty to do in the area, days out, walking / cycling in nature or the harbor for a boat trip is opposite the park. This residence is very suitable for a holiday in the Netherlands.
Das Haus ist schön, aber es ist sehr viel Baulärm in direkter Nachbarschaft zu unserem Haus. Das hätten wir nicht erwartet, weil unser Haus ja schon seit letztem Jahr fertig ist. Wir hätten erwartet, dass die Häuser der Reihe nach gebaut werden und der Baubereich inzwischen etwas weiter entfernt ist, aber unser Haus ist umgeben von Häusern, die noch im Bau sind.
Very neat, spacious and complete holiday home and garden. It was in a street where construction was still going on, but luckily you noticed relatively little of that on the garden side near the water.
Nice and clean house, fully equipped. Good beds and nice bathrooms. The only downside is that all the houses around are still under construction with associated work.
