Sur la Cave

Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir woods, less than 10 km from the famous medieval town of Sarlat de Canéda, lies Domaine de Carsac, a small and peaceful park with a swimming pool and tennis court. Here you’ll find our home “Sur la Cave” near the Dordogne River.
“Sur la Cave” is a spacious holiday home for up to 6 people and features 2 private parking spaces. Our house offers several sunny terraces and a beautifully landscaped enclosed garden of approximately 300 m², allowing you to fully enjoy peace and nature.
In our garden house, you will also find 2 bicycles and a barbecue that you can use for free. You will be personally welcomed by Sylvie, who will show you around the house.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a cozy seating area and a library on a wooden floor, as well as the open kitchen with a practical, partially foldable dining table, suitable for 6 people. Through the French doors, you can access one of the sunny terraces both from the sitting area and from the dining area. The fresh bathroom adjoins the kitchen and is equipped with a spacious shower, a large sink, and a toilet.

The staircase in the living room leads to a double bedroom with 2 single beds. In the morning, when you open the French shutters, you overlook Domaine de Carsac. Above the kitchen, there is a mezzanine with a double bed and bunk beds. A baby cot is also available for the little ones.
The house is equipped with all amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Think of a Smart TV, free WiFi, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a ceramic hob, electric heating, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, tennis rackets, bicycles, and a barbecue.

Domaine de Carsac also offers a lot for sports enthusiasts. For example, you can freely use the illuminated swimming pool (approximately 20 x 10 meters) and the tennis court (tennis rackets are available in our house). The entire area is also extremely suitable for many activities such as cycling, playing basketball, skating, hiking, running, canoeing, and kayaking. The former railway lines have been converted into excellent cycling and walking paths.
