Luxury villa not far from the sea on Texel
Description
These luxurious, spacious, detached villas are in a separate part of the quiet and small holiday village 't Hoogelandt. The villas (150 m2 living area) are situated on spacious lots of at least 600 m2.
There are two types of villas. There is the NL-1796-42 with four bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three on the first floor) and two bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor). There is also the NL-1796-43. This villa is the same as the type mentioned above, but with four bathrooms. Each bedroom of this type has its own bathroom.
Both villas have a bedroom on the ground floor. The beds are box-springs, whether it's a double or not. All beds are made on arrival. The decor is modern, stylish and trendy. You will find a luxurious and very complete kitchen, a long, cosy dining table for the entire party and a spacious living room with flat screen and designer gas fire. You have underfloor heating, and there is a washing machine and dryer.
Each villa has a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. There's parking space for two cars.

Super luxurious house! Clean and everything in there!
A super nice, clean and spacious stay for 8 people.
The house 106 K was fully equipped. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus a baby and super clean. Small point: the information prior to our stay was not completely clear on a number of points. Stay was TOP!
We have been with our children (3 families, 7 people) for a long weekend. It was fantastic! No complaints, just a luxury stay! We walked to the beach, cycled and played fun games. Recommended! Everything was fine! Kind regards, H. Talsma Peenstra.
Wonderfully quiet location with a beautiful villa
The rented house was great. A pity that the description was somewhat misleading and that it was even admitted but nothing was done with it.
