't Waddenstrandje is a two-person energy-neutral and ecological holiday home with energy certificate A+++. The house is heated by ground heat exchange and electricity is partly generated by PV panels. The parking lot is equipped with a charging station and a private driveway, suitable for a maximum of two cars, generously spacious, for a double unit.
