You will enjoy the panoramic view over olive groves and the countryside of Selci in the Sabina hills. Guests share a large garden and a fantastic pergola to relax and have meals adjacent to the barbecue. Privacy is guaranteed, the property is completely fenced-in.

A charming place, ideal, quiet, everything is together to spend a beautiful holiday Accommodation, swimming pool and garden perfectly maintained you will not be disappointed, quite the contrary!
We had to pick up the key at the family restaurant. It was a bit unclear whether we were in the right place because there was nobody in sight and the restaurant seemed closed. We just walked inside and it turned out that someone was waiting for us in a corner. Furthermore, well received and brought to the apartment with short explanation, that was completely fine.The apartment is cozy cozy with a very nice terrace with canopy. Very well maintained garden and swimming pool with nice sun beds. Definitely worth mentioning, the view, that is really beautiful.
Nicely received and brought to the apartment. The last part is unpaved, difficult to drive.
The location is really great. The cottage is a bit sober but in good condition with good hygiene. Also the help and aftercare from Franceska is really great.
Environment fantastic. You're in the middle of nowhere so you can relax here. The owners do not speak English and the daughter does the reception. This is also difficult mAr what gives it has its charm. You have to have a car here otherwise you will not get anywhere and take into account that 60 km there you are about one and a half hours on the road. We loved it after three days of Rome to spend 7 days in the vicinity of the other hours in the quiet house. The only minus point is that you get 1 large and 1 small towel for 1 week. Want more than pay per set again 15 euros.
