From our kitchen our guests will be offered exclusively organically farmed products, dishes based on local Ligurian recipies.We use only home grown or locally produced products. We produce our own fruit and vegtables, use our own meats and produce honey and jam . You dine in a warm family atmosphere and our specialities are; gnocchi made with chestnut flour, ravioli filled with selected wild herbs, various dishes made with local mushrooms vegtable flans, cakes filled with our own jams… and thats just to name a few!!
