The supermarket, restaurants, and town center are at 200 m.
The apartment has a spacious kitchen for a self-catering holiday. Try a game of table tennis while your kids play with the swing set in the furnished garden. The balcony offers you wonderful views. You can keep your skiing equipment safe in the ski storage.
Check-in between 3 6 PM and check-out between 8 10 AM.

Reception was good. The accommodation is the parental home of Mr. Schläffer so quite dated, a lot of wood that creaks, very noisy house. Furthermore, local tenants of the house who were also sometimes heard. The bathroom is a bit small. Bed is ok. And if you are not yet awake then be awakened by the church of Niedernsill at 6.00!
I had the pleasure to stay in a neat and well maintained accommodation in Austria. The stay provided everything I needed, with the basic essentials available. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of adventure. The location of the accommodation proved to be ideal for my trips to various places, including the impressive Grossglockner, the imposing dams in Kaprun and the enchanting Krimmler Wasserfälle. The proximity to these sights made my stay all the more enjoyable as I could easily explore Austria's beautiful nature and breathtaking landscapes. All in all, my stay was a successful combination of comfort, cleanliness and convenient location. I definitely recommend this accommodation to travelers looking for a relaxing and adventurous holiday in beautiful Austria.

Over het algemeen var we tevreden met ons verblijf, Het appartement is goed uitgerust en mooi ingericht, Het was ook erg schoon bij onze aankomst, We genoten van onze tijd om de wandelpaden in de buurt te verkennen tijdens de zomer, Een solide keuze voor gezinnen of kleine groepen
Ruim en schoon appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien, Gerard is een vriendelijke gastheer die altijd openstaat voor een leuk gesprek, Het was fijn dat de ski's en schoenen beneden in een droogruimte konden worden opgeborgen
Prima locatie, Helaas zaten we in het tussenseizoen, dus bijna alles was gesloten: klamms, liften, restaurants, Maar de locatie was prettig, goede ontvangst en keurig schoon
