Accessible via the firebreak behind the house, it has its own private entrance leading to a bright living room through the terrace. Large windows allow plenty of natural light and can be opened in the summer for a seamless connection to the outdoor space.
The living room features a double sofa, a cozy gas fireplace, and a television with Chromecast. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, and ample storage for food. Next to the kitchen is a separate toilet. A staircase in the living room leads to the attractively furnished bedroom, which has a double bed (160x200 cm), bedside tables, a dresser, and hooks for clothes. The bedroom includes a niche shower with a rain shower, and across the living room, a sink with mirror and cupboard space provides additional convenience. There is no separate closed bathroom, and the interior can be described as “Hotel Chic.”
