This is an elegant villa with a private pool located in the historic part of Cortona. It is an ideal choice for sun holidays with family and friends.
The property is located in the Valdichiana countryside. In this area, you can go to art cities like Florence (120 km), Siena (79 km), Arezzo (33 km) and Pienza (54 km). You cannot drive into the centre of Cortona, but there are free parking spaces outside the walls, about 10 minutes walk from the centre.
The attractive holiday home has a swimming pool (open from June up to and including September) with spectacular views of the surroundings. The barbecue allows you to create the ultimate summer evening and the roof terrace is the ideal place for a relaxing evening with a glass of wine of your choice.

WE DEPARTED EARLY! Apart from the location, the accommodation does not match the description. The accommodation is run down, the sofas and armchair upholstery are tattered and dirty, the electric wires are hanging out of the sockets, no bathroom door can be closed, towels and bed linen have been washed but are gray and stained. There is old water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen. At this price you would expect a lot more - the whole place needs to be renovated. The location is awesome and so is the view. A little more comfort such as a dishwasher would also be appropriate.
The property exceeded our expectations, It felt like a home away from home with all the amenities we needed, The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat, and the fitness center was a nice touch, Perfect location for exploring Tuscany!

J'ai absolument adoré notre séjour! La piscine était une échappatoire rafraîchissante pendant les chaudes journées d'été, et le gardien était très utile avec des conseils locaux, Nous avons également apprécié les options de restauration à proximité comme l'Osteria del Teatro, qui n'était qu'à quelques minutes en voiture
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, mais avons trouvé que la marche jusqu'à Cortona était un peu longue à notre goût, surtout par temps chaud, Cependant, la villa elle-même était délicieuse, avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et un joli jardin, Parfait pour les familles à la recherche d'un refuge paisible
J'ai passé un excellent moment à Villa Nigra! Tout était propre à notre arrivée, et nous avons trouvé les recommandations locales fournies par notre hôte très utiles, La terrasse était un bel endroit pour prendre un café le matin, J'ai hâte de revenir!
