ON01 - In the heart of the gated community "Les Ondines", this 45m² two-bedroom villa will surprise you with its tranquility and large sheltered terrace.

This lovely, air-conditioned villa of 45m² has been designed to offer you comfort and conviviality all year round. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a dining area, and a welcoming lounge with a sofa and television – the perfect place to gather with family or friends. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. A washing machine is discreetly installed under the stairs for added convenience.

The villa offers two comfortable bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a 160x190 cm pull-out bed, and the other upstairs with a 160x200 cm bed.
Outside, a sunny terrace invites you to enjoy meals or relax in the sun in a typical Mediterranean setting. And for grilling enthusiasts, a charcoal barbecue is also available!
The accommodation includes a parking space within the gated "Les Ondines" residence. For additional vehicles, free parking is available opposite the residence.
Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beach, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere, and preserved natural areas to discover via pleasant walking trails – ideal for a holiday in Occitanie.
This typical Occitan village, nestled in a remarkable natural area, is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the seafront streets of Vias, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bicycles and the joy of cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from the on-site parking lots. Numerous water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddleboarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking, and more. The accommodation is located near a multitude of restaurants, bars, and other shops.

The house is situated in a private and secure gated community. The complex is quiet and family-friendly.

By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving regional (TER) and high-speed (TGV) trains. This resort is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.

By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airport is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €84 (VAT included).
Cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
Cleaning fees are payable on arrival if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
