This beautiful, typically Provencal villa is located in a peaceful setting, just 1.3 km from the artists' village of Saint Paul (de Vence). The villa has a beautifully landscaped enclosed garden (1800 m2). To the front is a large lawn, a petanque court and a carport that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. New for 2025 is the possibility of charging an electric vehicle with a 22KW charging point available on the property, free of charge.
An electric gate gives access to the villa. At the rear of the house, you will find your own swimming pool (9 x 4.5m) with several adjacent terraces, where 6 sun loungers await you. The terraces are beautifully decorated.
The villa has 2 floors. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a spacious air-conditioned living room and adjacent well-equipped kitchen with access to the covered terrace.

Een solide keuze voor een gezinsuitje, De voorzieningen waren goed, en de locatie nabij Saint Paul de Vence stelde ons in staat om het charmante dorp te verkennen terwijl we nog steeds genoten van de rust van het platteland

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The garden was beautifully landscaped and the kids loved playing on the lawn while we relaxed by the pool, The proximity to Saint Paul de Vence was a huge plus for us, as we enjoyed exploring the local art scene
Nous avons adoré la spaciosité de cette villa ! Les chambres étaient confortables et nous avions amplement d'espace pour que les enfants jouent, Les attractions à proximité étaient faciles d'accès, rendant notre séjour pratique
Ein bisschen enttäuscht über die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft, aber der Gastgeber hat unsere Bedenken schnell angesprochen, Der Rest unseres Aufenthalts war angenehm, nachdem wir uns eingelebt hatten, Die Nähe zum Nationalpark war großartig für unsere Wanderungen!
Die ruhige Umgebung der Villa war genau das, was wir brauchten, Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit am Pool und genossen den Garten, Schöne Restaurants waren nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, was das Auswärtsessen einfach machte
