This luxurious holiday home with its own jetty in Balk, Frisian, is very suitable for holidays with the family. From the house you can step into your sloop and have a direct connection to the Frisian Slotermeer. The water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV and a spacious dining table. The furnishings are very modern. The villa has a downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom. So a lot of luxury and privacy.
Balk, located in the Frisian Lake District, is characterized by its historic center located on the Luts River, part of the Eleven Cities Route. You can shop extensively along the canal or sit at one of the cozy terraces. The unique villages along the Elfstedentocht route are also definitely worth a visit.
The open kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with luxury appliances. Through the French doors in the living room you can easily reach the garden with a lovely terrace on the water.

This place is absolutely perfect for a peaceful getaway, The views from the living room are breathtaking, and the proximity to local attractions is a plus, Would definitely recommend!
Over het algemeen een prettige ervaring. De bungalow is goed gelegen voor gemakkelijke toegang tot lokale attracties en de voorzieningen waren meer dan toereikend voor onze behoeften.
We hebben een comfortabel verblijf gehad, het appartement was schoon en de bedden waren comfortabel, het was fijn om de mogelijkheid te hebben om onze eigen maaltijden te koken en de nabijgelegen markt had verse producten,
We vonden het moderne design van het chalet erg mooi, de grote ramen lieten veel licht binnen en we genoten van heerlijke avonden op het terras, een geweldige plek voor gezinnen of stellen die op zoek zijn naar een ontspannen vakantie,
Dieser Ort übertraf unsere Erwartungen! Die Balkonsicht ist atemberaubend, und die nahegelegenen botanischen Gärten waren ein schöner Nachmittagsausflug,
We had a wonderful week here! The kids loved the garden, and the adults appreciated the modern amenities, The only thing we wished for was a slightly larger living area, but overall, a great experience,
