You have a direct connection to the Frisian Slotermeer from which you can get anywhere. The water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV and a spacious dining table. The furnishings are very modern. The villa has a downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom. So a lot of luxury and privacy.
Balk, located in the Frisian Lake District, is characterized by its historic center located on the Luts River, part of the Eleven Cities Route. You can shop extensively along the canal or sit at one of the cozy terraces. The unique villages along the Elfstedentocht route are also definitely worth a visit.
The open kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with luxury appliances. Through the French doors in the living room you can easily reach the garden with a lovely terrace on the water.

What a lovely escape! The holiday home was beautifully designed and had a magnificent whirlpool that we enjoyed every evening, The proximity to Colijnsplaat Beach was a bonus—perfect for morning strolls,
Enjoyed a peaceful retreat at this chalet! The garden was lovely for the kids to play in, and we found the nearby Alpen Wildpark Feld am See to be a delightful day trip,
Overall, a pleasant experience, The farmhouse is well-maintained, and the spacious layout was ideal for our group, The location is a bit remote, but that added to the charm,
The chalet is charming and practical, We felt very welcomed, and the staff was friendly, A great place to stay if you enjoy nature walks and outdoor activities,
Wij hebben een heerlijke familievakantie gehad in de dorpsvilla! Het privézwembad viel in de smaak bij de kinderen en we vonden de ruime opzet erg fijn. Voor ons was de ligging dicht bij het strand en de lokale bezienswaardigheden een groot voordeel. Een echte aanrader!
De villa is prachtig ontworpen met moderne meubels, De woonkamer was een geweldige plek voor onze familie om samen te komen, en de eetkamer was ruim genoeg voor ons allemaal, Het nabijgelegen Balksterstrân strand was een leuke plek om in de namiddag te ontspannen
