Not only was the apartment, not fully air-conditioned, but the air conditioner that existed was leaking over electrical outlets. When we called the company, they told us to turn off the air-conditioning because it was unsafe and that they had removed it from the listing, although they had confirmed it the week before we arrived. We left after one night after sleeping on the floor in the air-conditioned room that we should’ve turned off. They have been totally unresponsive and will not return my calls.

Everything was amazing! I liked the location, close to everything, a good neighborhood, although I was a little hesitant at first. The only thing was that the elevator wasn't working and there was someone with us who needed assistance.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this apartment was, It had all the essentials, and the location made it easy to explore the city,

The apartment was cozy and well-maintained, I enjoyed the local vibe of the Strasbourg-Saint-Denis district, with its lively streets and shops,

I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in this apartment, It was a great base for exploring the 10th arrondissement, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby,

The apartment was decent, nothing too fancy but exactly what we needed for our trip, Clean and functional, with a good location near Gare de l'Est, We didn't spend much time there, but it served its purpose well

The flat was petite but roomy, perfect for a trio (possibly 4), It was incredibly tidy and featured well-lit living areas, It's situated in a prime location, with numerous eateries in the vicinity,

The apartment is in excellent condition (it seems to have been recently renovated), It is very well equipped, we did not miss anything, It is ideally located in relation to our training location, The arrival was perfect because it is accessible with a key box, Thank you Joffrey!

This cozy apartment in Strasbourg-Saint-Denis was perfect for our short stay in Paris, It had all the essentials we needed, and we loved the warm decor that made it feel like home, Plus, being so close to Gare de l'Est made our travels a breeze!

Excellent small location, equipped with all necessary amenities, All local tourist spots can either be reached on foot or easily via public transport, I would recommend this place for a visit,

This was a comfortable and wonderful place to reside, I would strongly suggest this place to anyone looking for an affordable and value-for-money airbnb!

Area: Saint Denis (look it up on Google), it's a troubled neighborhood, Check in: 16:00, possibility of checking in earlier (from 13:00 paying an extra 47€), Check out at 10am, Option of cot for an extra cost of 50€, Apart from that, the flat is very clean, well furnished, soundproof windows, blackout curtains, enough towels and toilet paper, well-equipped kitchen, It has air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, The photos are representative and communication with the landlord is easy,

it truly felt like our own home!

During the family trip, staying in clean accommodation was satisfactory and so was the location, The space is sufficient enough for 3 people, The host's prompt and kind response was appreciated,

The location is highly handy, near the metro and railway station, from where car rental is accessible, and the airport is not too far, Exiting the city is also nearby, The owner is exceptionally responsive, replies to texts quickly, communication is pleasant, and check-in is easy, the flat is tidy and spotless, Highly recommended! A charming 1st floor apartment conveniently located near both the Gare de l'Est and the Gare du Nord, as well as two separate Metro stations, The area is filled with food shops, including a Lidl right opposite the apartment, Plus, there's an elevator! Ideal place for discovering Paris and unwinding after a full day at the museums,
