Welcome to our holiday apartment, Muschelsucher!
In a prime location near the beach, a modern ambiance awaits you, where you'll feel right at home.

Apartment 14 in the Küstenzauber building, with approximately 60 m² of living space, is located on the ground floor, allowing you direct access from the light-filled living/dining area to the south-facing terrace.

Information regarding additional costs and fees:
The rental price is for 4 people; each additional person pays an extra charge per night.
A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional charge.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
One parking space is available free of charge.
An elevator is available in the building.

Subject to availability, a bicycle shed can be booked for an additional charge of €5 per night. Since only a limited number of units are available, we recommend booking in advance.

Start your day with a sunny breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery, despite the central location. The beach promenade and the fine sandy south beach are just a few steps away.

The apartment features underfloor heating, and in the colder months, the private sauna and wood-burning stove create an extra cozy atmosphere.

Entertainment options include a smart TV with Blu-ray player and DVD selection, a stereo system with CD/USB and CD selection, board games for all ages, as well as books and magazines. An additional TV is located in bedroom 1.

The apartment is thoughtfully equipped for children (baby cot, highchair, footstool in the bathroom, various toys).

In addition to the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), there is a second bedroom with a sturdy bunk bed featuring an extra-large lower bunk (140x200cm). A travel cot is also available upon request. You will need to bring your own bedding (blanket, pillow, and covers) for the baby cot.

The very well-equipped kitchen offers a wide range of kitchen gadgets and appliances, so you won't have to do without anything when cooking.
The modern bathroom also includes a washing machine for your convenience.
An additional guest toilet provides further comfort.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. The terrace faces south.
