Information on additional costs and fees:

A security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
One pet is permitted for an additional fee. Please contact your agency to book additional pets.
One parking space is available free of charge.

Subject to availability, a bicycle shed can be booked for an additional €5 per night. As space is limited, we recommend booking in advance.

In the spacious living room, you can enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with our extensive selection of DVDs, games, and books, or cozy up in front of the crackling wood-burning stove with soothing music. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge for our guests.

Furthermore, from May to September, you can use the complimentary beach chair, making a fun trip to the sea a breeze.

Two comfortable bedrooms offer cozy double beds, inviting you to drift off to sleep. One of the bedrooms also features a television with an integrated DVD player.

At the end of the day, the inviting spa-like bathroom awaits, allowing you to unwind and escape the stresses of everyday life. After a hot shower and a relaxing sauna session, you'll recharge and find renewed energy for the day ahead.

On the balcony, you can reflect on your experiences with a glass of wine, listening to the sound of the sea and gazing at the sparkling starry sky.
