Our beautiful penthouse is located in the Großenbrode beach park, high above the rooftops of the South Beach. Here you can enjoy the luxury of our apartment all year round. In summer, have breakfast on the rooftop terrace – here you can forget the stress of everyday life and truly relax! Additional bathroom amenities include: radio, hairdryer, and broom closet.

Information on additional costs and fees:
Rental prices are for 2 people; each additional person pays an extra charge per night.
A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens are provided. Please bring your own towels and dish towels. Additional items can be ordered upon request for an extra charge.
The tourist tax is due before arrival.
One parking space is available free of charge (No. 15, lakeside).

The apartment, with parquet flooring, features a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven and ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, SodaStream Crystal set, coffee maker with thermal carafe, Nespresso machine, blender, waffle iron, various kitchen utensils, spices, foil, coffee filters, garbage bags and paper towels, cleaning supplies, and cloths.

We offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in a central location, undisturbed by pedestrians or those parking in front of the terrace, along with a stunning view. An electric grill is also available for outdoor use. A built-in safe is provided. A small balcony off the bedroom completes the amenities.

The apartment is also equipped with maps of the surrounding area, a magnifying mirror, a first-aid kit, a safe, a smoke detector, a clothes drying rack, sunshades/blackout blinds, a hi-fi system with iPod and iPhone connectivity, and a clock. It features fast, fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor. An elevator is available in the building. The balcony faces south.
A beach chair is available free of charge from May to September.

After a pleasant bike tour on the Baltic Sea Cycle Route, you can safely store your bicycles (your own or rented) in our bicycle storage room. This is free of charge! Depending on availability, one or two bicycles can be stored free of charge in the bicycle storage room.
