Located on the third floor (elevator), this south-facing, non-smoking apartment offers a magnificent panoramic view of the dunes and tulip fields. The apartment is 52 square meters and is laid out as follows: The living/dining area with a comfortable box-spring sofa bed (160x200 cm) and Juliet balcony leads directly to the new kitchen via an open doorway. From the hallway, you reach the separate (interior) bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm). Sofa and mattresses were replaced in 2025.
