A security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after the final billing of utilities.

Electricity (€0.40/kWh), gas (€1.70/m³), and water (€6.50/m³) are billed according to consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.

Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
Pets are welcome for an extra charge.

Our holiday home is furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a comfortable seating area, a dining table for four, a modern kitchen, and a small storage room.

Start your day with an invigorating shower in our spa-like bathroom or relax in the whirlpool or the private sauna.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with double beds (180x200cm and 160x200cm).
