Our modernly furnished holiday home is idyllically situated in a quiet location just 400 meters from the town center of Nordhorn. For water lovers, Nordhorn offers numerous canals, the Vechte River, and Lake Vechte, just a short walk from the Nordhorn Lake Park.
Good to know:
A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens, towels, firewood, bicycles, and groceries can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
Special highlight: With your booking, you will receive a free digital Grafschaft guest card. This card entitles you to numerous discounts at more than 20 partner businesses in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.

The house has two bedrooms, both with spacious wardrobes. One bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 210 cm) with two single duvets (each 140 x 220 cm), while the other has a bunk bed and a single bed (each 90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have a TV with internet access. Start your precious vacation days refreshed and ready to go!
