Welcome to the "Vechtestrand" holiday home in Nordhorn!
The house is newly built and comfortably and modernly furnished. It boasts 72 m² of living space and a peaceful location. "Vechtestrand" is just 400 m from the town center of Nordhorn, so all shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

Free parking is available directly at the house.
On the ground floor, you will find a living area with a cozy seating area and wood-burning stove, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, kettle, and coffee maker. A modern air conditioning system ensures comfortable temperatures year-round.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with double beds and additional TVs. A travel cot (please bring your own duvet, pillow, and linens) and a highchair are available for our younger guests. Relax on the gallery in comfortable lounge chairs or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day.
The holiday home features a whirlpool, a sauna, and a walk-in shower. The modern bathroom promises pure relaxation!
A lockable bicycle storage room, patio furniture, and a parasol are provided free of charge.
