It features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub), and an additional separate guest toilet in the entrance area.
A large open-plan living/dining room with a kitchen, as well as a high-quality yet modernly furnished living room with an adjoining covered terrace and a large, private garden furnished with wooden garden furniture and a sun lounger, ensure a relaxing stay.
Enjoy the most beautiful views: The unique panorama of Lake Constance, from the Pfänder mountain across Lindau Island to the Swiss Säntis massif, is unparalleled. Surrounded by protected, undeveloped slopes and a well-established neighborhood, Villa Hoyerberg's secluded location offers peace and tranquility – not in the thick of things, yet still close to everything.

The apartment features parquet and tiled floors, making it suitable for allergy sufferers. A TV, stereo system, and DVD player are provided in the living room, and there is an additional TV in the bedroom. The spacious kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and ample dishes, invites you to cook and eat together. Parking, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer are provided free of charge. You are also welcome to store your bicycles. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
