Located in a quiet residential area, the apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished for two people. Wi-Fi, parking, and use of the washing machine are provided free of charge. The sleeping area on the top floor is accessible via a staircase. There is a bicycle storage room in the building and a private parking space.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a stove with oven, and essential small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The apartment is non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted on the balcony. Out of consideration for future guests, pets are not allowed. Due to the staircase, the apartment is not suitable for small children or wheelchair users.
