We consider it a given that an apartment of this category is equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Therefore, we would like to highlight special features, such as the public yet discreet lake access just 100 meters away.

The living and dining room, with a dining area for four and a sofa bed, opens directly onto the large south-facing balcony. Parquet and tile flooring throughout makes the apartment allergy-friendly. Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer are provided free of charge.
You are welcome to store your bicycles in the garage. Please note that the underground car park is not suitable for SUVs or oversized cars (parking space dimensions: H 196cm, W 232cm, L 530cm). For larger vehicles, we recommend the public car park by the railway tracks (approx. 3-minute drive).
