Our beach house is located in a quiet residential area, just 200 meters from the wide sandy beach.
There is a very bright, spacious attic with a large double bed.
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living area with a sofa bed and TV, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a bedroom with a double bed. In the basement, there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. An additional shower room with a toilet is located in the garden house. Underfloor heating and wall heating in the basement bedroom and bathroom provide consistent and pleasant warmth.
Automatic roller shutters, including those on the skylights, and an adjustable awning on the covered terrace allow you to control the amount of light and the temperature.
