Description
Holiday home with 2 bedrooms
This lovingly and continuously renovated chalet accommodates up to 6 people and is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. In a tranquil location, you'll find a spacious 850 sq m garden with a 5 x 9 m swimming pool, several sunny terraces, and comfortable seating and lounging areas – perfect for unwinding and enjoying the outdoors.
After a day at the beach or exploring the island, you can end the evening with a barbecue under the open sky or relax in the comfortable living area. A SMART TV with satellite connection, DVD player, and fast Wi-Fi provide entertainment even on quiet evenings.
The chalet has 3.5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom (ideal for snorers, for example), and a newly renovated shower room. A further bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the upper floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The shared roof terrace offers enchanting sea views.
An additional, newly renovated outdoor bathroom with a washing machine and dryer provides extra comfort.
Thanks to the air conditioning units with heating/cooling functions, the chalet is perfectly equipped year-round – for relaxing holidays in any season.
