Spend your holiday in the "Maja" holiday home, located on the outskirts of Prien in a small holiday village. Just a 5-minute walk to the lake and 2.5 km from the center of Prien, it's an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities.

You're sure to spend wonderful hours on the spacious terrace with its garden and mountain views. You can access the terrace from the living area. The small, open-plan kitchen with dining area is connected to the living area. Both the living area and the adjacent bathroom have underfloor heating.

The bathroom features a shower and a skylight. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway, and a small room that can easily accommodate a travel cot. A steep staircase connects this small room to a gallery – the sleeping loft in the attic. This gallery (where standing isn't possible) is sure to be a child's dream and offers two mattresses for a good night's sleep.

The ground floor has tiled or linoleum flooring, while the sleeping loft is carpeted.
For your stay, a complimentary linen package is provided, including bed linens, two tea towels, a bath mat, and one bath towel and one hand towel per person.

No traffic noise disturbs the peace here, as the holiday complex's parking lot is approximately 30 meters from the house. A parking space is available for you. We would like to emphasize the unique location of the property: a quiet setting, just a short walk from the lido on Lake Chiemsee, and close to a clinic. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in a separate building within the holiday complex. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

This is a non-smoking property. Dogs are welcome; however, please note that the property is not fenced and dogs must be kept on a leash in the outdoor areas.
