Spend your holiday in the "Rehblick" holiday home, a semi-detached house located on the outskirts of Prien in a small holiday village. Just a 5-minute walk to the lake and 2.5 km from the center of Prien, it's an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities.

You're sure to spend wonderful hours on the terrace with its garden and stunning, unobstructed views of the Chiemgau Alps and the surrounding countryside. Perhaps you'll be lucky enough to spot deer and not only hear but also see birds (such as buzzards, falcons, cuckoos, and many more). From the terrace, you have direct access to the living area, the heart of this charming little house. A crackling fireplace, visible from the sofa – what could be better during the colder months? The large panoramic window offers fantastic views. The small, open-plan kitchen with dining area is connected to the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, and washing machine. There is a separate toilet. The ground floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds, arranged in a bunk bed style.

A complimentary linen package is provided for your stay and includes bed linens, two kitchen towels, a bath mat, and one bath towel and one hand towel per person.

No traffic noise disturbs the peace here, as the holiday complex's parking lot is approximately 30 meters from the house. A parking space is available free of charge for your car. We would like to emphasize the unique location of the property: quiet, just a few minutes' walk from the lido on Lake Chiemsee, and close to a hospital. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

This is a non-smoking property. Dogs are welcome; however, please note that the property is not fenced and dogs must be kept on a leash in the outdoor areas.
