“Mooie Slapen” is Low German for “wonderful sleeping.” And there is no better place to enjoy it than our beautiful, high-quality holiday home in Seepark Nordhorn, close to the Dutch border. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing, luxurious or active holiday.
The rental price is for 4 guests; each additional guest is charged extra per night. Electricity, water and heating are included. Bed and bathroom linen and firewood are available for an additional charge. Guests receive a complimentary digital Grafschafter Guest Card with discounts at more than 20 partners for public transport, mobility, leisure and culture. A parking space and bicycle shed are also provided free of charge.
The house has 2 bedrooms and a gallery with a sofa bed. One bedroom features a luxurious 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed with a continuous mattress, TV, wardrobe, bedside tables and fly screens. The second bedroom has a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed with two separate mattresses, wardrobe, bedside tables and fly screens. The gallery offers a comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 m sofa bed for 2 additional guests.
Relax in the wellness bathroom with sauna, whirlpool and spacious walk-in shower. A second bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC.
The cosy living room includes a TV, high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, fireplace, comfortable sofa and books. The terrace is furnished with high-quality outdoor furniture.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, spices and dishwasher. A hi-fi system, washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and fitness stepper are also provided.
The property is ECARF-certified as allergy-friendly, with smoke- and pet-free accommodation, carpet-free or short-pile floors, protective covers against dust mites and a special-filter vacuum cleaner.
Please note that construction work may take place in the newly developed Seepark during your stay. Subsequent complaints regarding this cannot be accepted.
