A fully renovated and spacious holiday apartment (90 sq m) with views of the sea or the Wadden Sea towards Föhr. Whether in summer or winter, you can always relax in the cozy kitchen, watch the changing tides, and enjoy the expansive view to the horizon.
The apartment features light-colored flooring and Scandinavian-style furniture. The dining area with its open and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso machine) invites you to cook and eat together. The large living area offers comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV and a 2.1 surround sound system (Bluetooth enabled). A telephone (with free calls to German landlines) and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
There are three bedrooms at your disposal.
- Bedroom "green" with a high-quality box spring bed (180x200cm, firmness level 3)
- Bedroom "rose" with a high-quality box spring bed (120x200cm, firmness level 3)
- Bedroom "blue" with a bunk bed/pull-out bed (two 90x200cm cold foam mattresses or an 80x190cm pull-out bed)
A bathroom with toilet, spacious vanity, and shower (100x90cm), mirror, towel warmer, and washing machine

The accommodation is suitable for a maximum occupancy of 5 people plus one infant (up to 3 years old).
Smoking is not permitted in the "Dream Apartment with Sea View and Beach Chair," as in all our apartments. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, we kindly ask you to observe the no-smoking policy. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
