High-quality, modern furnishings await you in the semi-detached holiday home "Aquata".

The solid Swedish hardwood flooring and lovingly selected details create a truly unique atmosphere. The modern kitchen is equipped with many extras, and the fireplace, visible from all sides, brings a cozy ambiance to the house, especially on colder days. The sauna features a wellness shower and offers a comfortable space to relax. A guest WC with natural light is also located on the ground floor.

New features have been added to the living area. A high-quality Yamaha hi-fi column speaker with Bluetooth functionality and dimmable LED lighting is located in the living room (visible in the corner of the sofa photos). Even those with sensitive hearing can now enjoy excellent music listening.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed and dressers. A second TV is available in one of the bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have a TV.

, ... The shower room with a glass shower enclosure, sink, and toilet is located in the typical dormer window of the thatched-roof house. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. Pleated blinds, curtains, and shutters provide privacy.

A washing machine and dryer, various cleaning supplies, an ironing board, and an iron are stored in the utility room.

In the south-facing garden, you can relax on the garden furniture and enjoy the views across the meadows and fields. A parasol is provided. A beach chair and lounge furniture are also available for relaxing in the garden. An electric Weber grill is provided for your use. The natural beach is approximately 500 meters away. Dogs are allowed there.

Two parking spaces are located directly at the holiday home.
