The location provides quick access to the beach and the walking paths of Godewind Park, while the Old Lighthouse and the promenade are just a short stroll away.

The interior is designed for comfort: underfloor heating and solar control glazing ensure a pleasant indoor climate year-round. The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a cozy dining area with direct access to the loggia, making self-catering particularly easy thanks to the dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop. A double sofa bed in the living area invites you to relax and can be visually separated by a sliding door if desired. A second television is located in the bedroom, which is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed.

The bathroom boasts upscale amenities, including a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, complemented by a heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
